For regulation of the indicator of amount of gasoline to remove small nippers a black stopper (a black arrow) near the button of dumping of number of the passable kilometers. Now it is possible to adjust the indicator rotation of the adjusting screw (a white arrow) by means of a face six-sided wrench.

Level of gasoline is displayed on the dashboard. Thus, the indicator of amount of fuel is anything other as the voltmeter full tension to which arrives at the included ignition. In order that tension was constant, in an electric chain the preliminary voltage stabilizer about which we will speak still is connected.

The movement of an arrow of the indicator of amount of fuel varies by means of contact with "weight". It is provided by the sensor of amount of fuel which resistance changes in the big or smaller party depending on filling of a tank. Removal of the sensor of the indicator of amount of fuel is described in the head the Fuel tank and the fuel pump.


  • Too high or too low level: the voltage stabilizer is faulty (as to remove it, is described at the beginning of the head, in the section "Dismantling", or the indicator of amount of fuel is incorrectly adjusted (see the following section).
  • Any indicators: the voltage stabilizer, or the sensor in a gasoline tank, or the indicator is faulty.

Regulation of the indicator of amount of fuel


  1. To devastate a fuel tank to a last straw.
  2. To pour exactly 4 l of fuel in a tank.
  3. To include ignition and to wait 2 min.
  4. The arrow of the indicator has to stand at the first big column of a red field of a reserve now.
  5. If it not so, it is possible to adjust the indicator a small adjusting bolt at the left below on the device.
  6. For this purpose remove by means of little ticks a black stopper near the button of dumping of number of the passable kilometers and turn the adjusting screw a key for an internal hexagon.

Check of the sensor of the indicator of amount of fuel


  1. To cast away a covering of a luggage compartment, to turn off a black cover, to separate the multicontact plug which is under it.
  2. To connect an auxiliary wire in the shtekerny socket of a violet-black wire and to close on "weight".
  3. To include ignition for a short time: if the arrow of the indicator completely deviates, so conducting and the indicator as it should be. If there is no movement of an arrow, so the sensor in a fuel tank is faulty.
  4. If the arrow remains in the situation "empty tank", so the cause of defect should be looked for in conducting, in a voltage stabilizer or the device. The sensor in this case most likely as it should be.
