Without disassembling the panel of a combination of devices, it is possible to remove the following elements from a reverse side:

Indicators (control lamps): glow lamps of indicators in Audi are strong sealed in the cartridges and they can be got only as a unit. Upon purchase of a spare bulb pay attention to color of the boss: 1,1-watt, 1,2-watt and 2-watt lamps with variously painted cartridges are established. For removal it is necessary to turn a cartridge on a quarter of a turn to the left and to extend.

Illumination of scales: watch "Indicators".

Air temperature indicator: to turn out two screws with crosswise shliyets on the indicator block, then two more at the plug.

Voltage stabilizer: to unscrew one screw with crosswise shliyets, to extend knot from its shtekerny connections.
- System of minicheck (the indicator block for temperature of cooling liquid, brakes and pressure of oil): to weaken screws with crosswise shliyets, to extend the group device from shtekerny contacts.

System of self-examination: as system of minicheck.

On-board computer: as system of minicheck.

The adjusting resistor for illumination of scales: to turn out two six-sided nuts, to remove adjusting the resistor.
After dismantling of a combination of devices (for this purpose to remove the adjusting resistor for illumination of scales and system of minicheck or system of self-examination or the on-board computer after that to turn out 11 combined six-sided/star-shaped screws or screws with crosswise shliyets outside on a reverse side of the device) there are available following elements.

Speedometer: to turn out four screws with crosswise shliyets on a reverse side.

Hours with the ordinary dial: if necessary to remove the indicator of temperature of cooling liquid (see below), to remove case part.

Tachometer: to turn out three screws on a reverse side of the device.

Digital watch: to remove a tachometer. To turn out two small shlitsevy screws on a digital watch and to extend the hours ahead. To Rasfiksirovat an adjusting pin of a digital watch and carefully to take out.

Indicator of amount of fuel or indicator of temperature: to turn out on a reverse side on two six-sided nuts. To take out forward part of the case from fixing hooks.
