Screen wiper engine

The engine of a screen wiper receives food at the included ignition via the unloading relay of H-contact and a safety lock (the head the Body electrical system). Plugs of wires on the engine of a screen wiper have thus the following value:

  • The plug 53 gives food for the first speed of work of a cleaner.
  • The plug 53a gives food for installation of brushes of a screen wiper in a starting position. It means that food arrives to the engine until the engine does not return to a starting position.
  • The plug 53b gives food for the second speed of work of a cleaner.
  • Via the plug 31b the engine of a screen wiper is stopped at return of brushes to an initial position after shutdown of a screen wiper in order that brushes on went beyond an initial position.

 Help: at the included ignition of a brush of a screen wiper should not be blocked outside their starting position, for example, by a thick snow layer or ice. After all the plug 53a in this case constantly is energized. But as the engine of a screen wiper cannot rotate because of the blocked brushes, later certain time it simply fuses. In a similar case it is necessary to eliminate surely an obstacle that brushes could move.
