Forward part of the car

Overlays of a bumper are fixed by means of fixing wedges (shooter) in a bumper. For their removal it is necessary to fix everyone the flat plastic pallet. Before removal of lateral slips it is necessary to remove a middle part with fastening for registration plate.

To arm (2) often gets at collisions. For this reason it is designed so that it can be changed easily after removal of two six-sided bolts (arrow). The same belongs and to traverses (1). Shooters point to fixing bolts.

Removal traverses. On an illustration it is shown a model traverse with the 5-cylinder engine. Shooters point to fixing bolts. Do not forget: it is necessary to disconnect a plait of wires also.

Removal of the lower protection of a motor compartment

The lower protective covering of a motor compartment promotes achievement of good aerodynamic coefficient of a body of Audi, and also muffling of noise. It needs to be removed for performance of repair of the engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To raise the car in front, to record.
On the right and at the left in wheel niches to turn out on two plastic nuts or one nut and one rotary lock.
At back edge of a covering under the engine to turn a screw-driver three rotary locks on 90 ° counterclockwise (to the left).
To hang out a covering ahead on fixture of a bumper.
To raise a covering on the right and at the left over a carving bolt in wheel niches and to remove in the direction back.
At installation accurately to insert a covering into fastenings below on the edge of a bumper. Then to establish sidewalls on carving hairpins.
It is simpler to perform this work together.

Removal of a front grille

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To open a cowl.
To turn off below on a reverse side of a front grille three six-sided bolts, to leave a fixing corner established.
To reject a front grille forward and to remove it.
Installation: to hang a front grille in fixing clamps at the upper edge.
To bring a front grille to an adjusting opening and very carefully to tighten bolts at bottom edge (6 N • м).

Removal of a level under headlights

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To open a cowl.
To weaken a bolt with cross-shaped shliyets on level inside.
Carefully to shift outer side of a level from fastenings aside – the level is fixed in this place by a pin.

At the left: the narrow strip under headlights on an outer edge is fixed by a pin. At removal it is necessary to get carefully and carefully this pin from an opening.

On the right: removal of a front grille (1). On top it is screwed on separate eyes (2). From below it is fixed by small krepezha.
