Drive of the lock of a back door of the version versatile person

For regulation of a back door from within the car it is necessary to insert a rasporny plate 3 mm thick (in drawing it is allocated in the red color) between the lock and a lock plate. |
Removal
|
|
- To remove a covering of a back door.
- To disconnect or remove electric plug connections, a hose of system of locks with the central management and a hose to a back nozzle of windscreen washer.
- To open a back door and to prop up it.
- To wring out pneumatic springs from the top spherical pins (on a door).
- To turn off six-sided bolts above on a door loop. Two assistants have to hold a door at the left and on the right.
- At installation to replace sealing washers between a loop and a door of a luggage compartment.
- To adjust the adjusting buffer of a back cover so that at the closed door between the buffer and a body there was a distance of 2-4 mm.

Removal of the cylinder of the lock
Removal of the cylinder of the lock happens identically with described in the section "Removal of the Lock of a Luggage Compartment" for a sedan.
Removal of the drive of the handle of a back door
Versatile person

- To remove a covering of a back door.
- To disconnect all connecting drafts from the handle drive.
- For this purpose to take aside lock brackets of connecting thirsts for locks.
- To turn out two six-sided bolts with nuts.
- To take out the handle drive.
- Installation: in the middle and in parallel to enter the handle drive from a luggage compartment through a rectangular opening in the lower external part of a door.
- The stopper and sealing laying with a groove have to adjoin to the lower external part of a door.
- To turn the handle drive until openings through passage and fixing openings in the lower part of a door coincide.
- To tighten the handle drive a washer and a six-sided bolt (10 N • м).
- Again to hang all connecting drafts and to adjust their length.
- Connecting thirst for the lock cylinder: to install the switching off lever in situation "is opened".
- To remove back the movable button in the middle of connecting draft so halves are freely inserted each other.
- In this situation to record one in other carving parts of halves of draft and to stop the movable button.

Removal of locks of a back door
Versatile person

- To remove an internal covering of a back door.
- To uncouple connecting drafts of locks, having taken aside lock brackets.
- In each lock to turn off two six-sided nuts in a door frame.
- To take out the lock in the direction inside.
- Installation: slightly to tighten nuts of locks, to establish fastening points on the center.
- To weaken a little locking bracket (part of the lock below on a body).
- To close a back door.
- From within a luggage compartment to enclose a rasporny plate (thickness of 3 mm) between the lock and the locking bracket.
- To close the lock in the second lock groove and to expose a back door.
- To adjust and record gaps. The gap between the upper edge of a bumper and bottom edge of a back door has to make 6,5 — 7,5 mm.
- To tighten six-sided nuts.
- To remove a rasporny plate; regulation of the lock of a back door is finished.
- Now it was necessary to establish length (built-in) draft of the drive: to remove back the movable button in the middle of both connecting drafts so that halves were freely inserted one into another.
- To put a lock latch at an open back door to situation "is closed" (the second lock groove).
- In this situation to record carving parts of halves of draft one in another and to stop the movable button.
