Check of a side play of a steering

- To lower the left lateral glass. To put the car on the parking brake, to start the engine.
- Give a hand outside through a window and turn a wheel shortly to the left-to the right.

Steering side play reasons
The side play in the steering mechanism can be caused by the following:
- Gear lath of the steering mechanism. The side play arising here, perhaps, will give in to elimination by adjustment.
- The broken hinges of cross steering drafts or rubber and metal support on the steering mechanism.
- Defective hinges on the jointed safety steering column.
- The faulty elastic disk coupling between the steering mechanism and a steering column.
