Principle of work

The numerous control units installed in Audi are capable to independent diagnostics. In this row it is possible to call control units of system of injection, system of ignition (model with the 5-cylinder engine), anti-blocking system, EDS (electronic blocking of differential), a safety cushion or the conditioner. The control unit can be connected to diagnostic installation in a workshop by connection to the central plug for connection of the diagnostic center on the case of the central distributing device of the car.

The correct use of opportunities of poll of memory of the store of malfunction has to take place so: the driver comes on the Audi to a workshop, and even before any works the car connect to diagnostic installation. From it print out the full protocol of malfunctions which contains data of stores of malfunctions of all control units, capable to diagnosing.
