Additional devices

If additional devices are installed, instead of the switch with a hydraulic actuator of 0,3 bars there is a sensor of pressure of oil (3). Are connected to it a wire of food (2) and a wire of the switch with a hydraulic actuator (1).

As additional equipment in the central console three additional devices – the oil manometer, the sensor of temperature of oil and the voltmeter can be built in. For their removal it is necessary to remove previously the middle console (see the section Salon).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check of the sensor of pressure of oil, oil temperature sensor: to disconnect a wire from the corresponding sensor (the provision of installation see the following section) and to bring to "weight":
  2. If the arrow of the device does not deviate, so either conducting, or the device are faulty.
  3. Otherwise a cause of defect – the sensor.
  4. Check of the voltmeter: to check tension on contacts of the voltmeter.
  5. Food is present, but is not displayed: the voltmeter is faulty.

Provision of installation of the sensor of pressure of oil, oil temperature sensor

  • Models with the 4-cylinder engine: both sensors are located on a flange of an oil filter at the engine at the left.
  • Models with the 5-cylinder engine: the sensor of pressure is located on the left side of the motor block, the sensor of temperature of oil is on the right ahead below on the engine. It is screwed in instead of a carving stopper for the safety valve of the oil pump there. Be careful at a vyvinchivaniye: the stopper is under a spring tension. The provision of a spring and valvate plungers is extremely important!
  • Models with the 6-cylinder engine: the sensor of pressure of oil is on the left side of the motor block ahead below, the sensor of temperature of oil is located at the left below on the face party of the engine. Because of bad availability of a wire to sensors are collected in plug connection behind at the left head of the block of cylinders. Colors of cables in plug connection: green-black to the oil temperature sensor; blue-white to the oil pressure sensor; white-gray to the switch with a hydraulic actuator of 2,5 bars; blue-black to the switch with a hydraulic actuator of 0,3 bars.
