Noise in a transmission

Eventually emergence of noise in KP is possible. In that case you have to check for a start oil level in KP.

  • If at inclusion of transfers there is a howling sound which tone changes at increase or reduction of "gas", worn-out gear connection of the corresponding couple of gear wheels can be the cause of this phenomenon.
  • At noise on all transfers the main transfer or bearings of shaft of KP is the reason.
  • The gnash arising only after achievement of KP of working temperature indicates a beating of the blocking synchronizer rings. As soon as oil becomes more fluid, it breaks from a synchronizer ring on the same site all the time.

Help: workshops, as a rule, seldom are solved on repair or capital repairs of KP, and advise to replace a faulty box new. Financially, however, installation of the second-hand unit acquired on dismantling of cars is in most cases more expedient. Thus it is necessary to pay attention to the correct alphabetic marking of KP. It is beaten out on KP above. Besides, day, month and year of production are specified there, and year is specified only by the last figure.
