Removal of elements

Vpryskny nozzles (white shooters) can be removed only together with the fuel distributor. For this purpose it is necessary to weaken fixing bolts of the distributor of fuel (black shooters).

Removal of a flowmeter of air

It is not necessary for many components of system of injection any additional instructions on dismantle. Exceptions are described in the following sections.


  1. To weaken an air flowmeter sleeve collar.
  2. To remove the air flowmeter plug.
  3. To remove the top part of the air filter together with an air flowmeter as it is described in the head "The air filter and inlet channels".

Removal of nozzles


  1. To remove an air inlet sleeve between the air filter (an air flowmeter) and the engine.
  2. To separate and put aside high-voltage wires of system of ignition.
  3. To separate plugs of nozzles.
  4. To turn off the fuel distributor from an inlet collector of the engine.
  5. To disconnect a vacuum hose from the fuel supply pressure regulator.
  6. Carefully to disconnect the fuel distributor with all six nozzles in the direction up from an inlet collector of the engine.
  7. For removal of one separate nozzle to remove a safety bracket from the fuel distributor and to separate a nozzle.
  8. Installation: before installation to replace sealing rings of round section on all nozzles.
  9. To oil all sealing rings the new engine.
  10. Very carefully to insert each nozzle separately not to squeeze or to damage otherwise any of rings.
