Fuel accumulator On models with the 5-cylinder engine and system of injection of KE-III-Jetronic below on a protective flange of a fuel tank the fuel accumulator is located. By means of spring tension force fuel pressure in the pipeline going to the engine, at that time is supported here when the engine and the fuel pump are switched off. The sense of all this consists in that to restart of the engine fuel moved at once under the necessary pressure. Besides, the fuel accumulator counterbalances a difference in pressure on the party of the pump. |
