Replacement of the dustproof filter

Audi orders replacement established serially since August of 92 g of the dustproof filter each 30 000 km.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To separate back sealing laying of a motor compartment.
  2. To open a rotary latch of a cover of a waterproof casing between a motor compartment and a windshield.
  3. To lift a cover of a waterproof casing.
  4. To Rasfiksirovat two latches of the dustproof filter, to lift the filter and to disconnect the shtekerny connection which is on a reverse side.

 Help: the cars which are not equipped with the dustproof filter can be equipped additionally easily. For this purpose it is necessary to replace an air admission frame on the right in a waterproof casing under a windshield on big in which the removable element of the filter will be located. For performance of this work it is necessary to remove screen wipers. Besides, it is necessary to condense well connections between a frame and metal of the case in order that water did not get to system of heating.

At the left: the dustproof filter (2) can be taken out after removal of a cover of a waterproof casing (1) and an otzhatiya of both latches (arrow).

On the right: the compressor of the conditioner (shooter) at models with the 4-cylinder engine is located below on the right side from the engine.
