Check of a sound signal

By pressing a horn contact with "weight" (case) is provided by contacts in a steering wheel (3) and in a payment of a sound signal (1). Further the way passes through shtekerny connection (2).

On an illustration horns are visible (1 and 2) at the removed bumper.

Continuous check

By pressing the horn located in a steering wheel at the included ignition has to work a usual or two-tone sound signal. The button of a sound signal closes on "weight" (case) an electric chain of the relay of a sound signal (the head Pribory and auxiliary devices). Giving of food to the relay goes from the plug X receiving tension only at the included ignition.

At the closed electric chain (that is at the pressed horn) contacts of the relay become isolated, and to a sound signal food on a wire with a black-yellow cover arrives. Conducting to "weight" for a sound signal goes on a brown wire.

Faulty sound signal?

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To remove the lower protection of a motor compartment (the head Elementy of a body).
To disconnect tips of wires.
To remove the corresponding horn.
To connect to each shtekerny socket on an auxiliary wire and to connect it to positive and negative plugs of the accumulator.
If it is audible nothing, so this horn is faulty.
The rattling or absolutely "mute" horn sometimes can be adjusted or returned to life rotation of the adjusting screw located on its reverse side.
To clear the screw of filling mastic.
After adjustment again to seal the screw with sealant for a body.
The same method of check should be applied and at a two-tone sound signal.
