Wrong adjustment of corners of installation of wheels

If you want to distinguish the wrong ratio of corners of installation of the operated wheels when driving, for a start you have to provide some conditions, namely existence on both forward wheels of the same grade of tires, depths of a profile and the ordered pressure.

  • Whether spokes of a steering wheel at the rectilinear movement are located symmetrically? The slanting provision of a steering wheel often is a sign of the wrong adjustment of a convergence.
  • Unstable rectilinear movement; it is especially well distinguished on the snow-covered or covered with ice road.
  • Whether conducts the car aside on completely equal road and at the released wheel?
  • Whether the steering wheel after turns itself comes back to direct situation?
  • Look at forward wheels from distance in five-ten meters – whether there are they in direct situation symmetrically on the relation to each other?
  • Whether there was a unilateral wear of tires? At a sharp manner of driving it, however, not such and the unusual phenomenon when outer edges of tires are worn-out more strongly than the internal.
  • The disk with dents indicates rigid contact with a border therefore the ratio of angles of rotation of the operated wheels easily can get off.
